1.Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe
2.Develop long term customer relationships by engaging customer
3.Cultivate new customers and introduce to Holt Renfrew
4.Keep abreast of fashion and style trends and translate this information into advice for clients
5.Focus on the customer – who they are, what they like/dislike, determine needs and preferences, etc.
6.Demonstrate product and style expertise, specifically how it will help satisfy the customer’s needs
7.Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price change, and related sales support tasks
8.Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
9.Perform other duties, as assigned

6.Entrepreneurial, competitive, self confident, and self-motivated
7.Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
8.Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the customer that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
9.Minimum of three or more years experience in a commission sales environment
10.Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred
