● 工作内容：

Assist customers and travel agents with advanced seat selection and inform them of the specific characteristics of each seat category;
Promote Air Transat’s products and services while demonstrating at all times, professionalism, courtesy and exceptional customer service;
Answer customers and travel agents’ questions regarding schedules, on-board special requests and flights status.

● 工作要求：

拥有高中文凭或同等学历；
精通法语和英语两种语言；
有呼叫中心的工作经验；
具有良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神；
适应不同的计算机应用程序。
