Responsible to develop the Collaboration roadmap and business case for improved end-user tools and technologies;
Ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage;
Accountable to review, analyse and report on proposals as well as validate IT technology solutions according to AC business requirements, IT architecture blueprints and contractual obligations;
Work in partnership with Business Units to effectively identify needs, gaps and find appropriate solutions, taking a proactive approach to digital transformation and projects;
Provide direct input to the IT Architecture Blueprint members;
Work with the members of the vendor teams to ensure timely and optimized delivery of solution;
As new processes and technologies are introduced, ensure that gaps in the items are identified and addressed ahead of time.
