Provide cover in the service as determined by the day to day requirements, for the efficient administration of the Unit. Incumbent is expected to provide cover on a variety of posts in the Department, however a greater percentage of his/her time will be spent covering more senior positions up to and including the (Senior) Operations Officer level ;
Ensure a high standard of customer service when dealing with Branches in conjunction with ScotiaService Standards in order to assist Branches in the development of new business opportunities and maintaining existing business;
Maintain strict adherence to Bank and C.M.U. / C.A.U. procedures;
