Hi! 市中心的3.5的公寓， Livingroom $ 390 CAD/month, 一年 lease, 2017 9月1号到2018年 8月31，与McGill隔一条马路，包热水空调暖气，想再召集一位男生小伙伴合租.

有一个同学已经住了房间。我住living room。我们是PhD学生，都是男生。房子最大允许住3人。所以打算2人住living room。如果对价格还有意见，可以一起讨论。

离mcgill 很近。公寓隔一条马路就是McGill的学院楼（生物楼和法学院）
