● 工作内容:
  • 全面负责公司指定区域的销售工作;
  • 制定与业务部门一致的年度销售计划,提高组织运营效率;
  • 为区域内的主要客户制定营销计划,包括参加贸易展览和协会活动;
  • 利用适当的内部资源快速有效地解决问题;
  • 倾听客户对产品的需求,准备信息以提交报价;
  • 计算制造产品的成本和预期的产品成本;
  • 与销售副总裁或总经理就销售事宜进行沟通,讨论目标的必要变化;
  • 按要求协助各部门的工作,并按要求履行其他职责。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overall responsibility for sales in designated region for the Company.
  • Improve overall operational effectiveness of the organization through the development of annual sales plan, objectives, and forecasts aligned with overall sales plan for the business unit.
  • Create and execute customized marketing plans for major customers within the territory, including participation in trade shows and association events.
  • Serve as customer resource for technical and application questions, leverage appropriate internal resources to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Listen to customer requests for product and prepare information to submit for quote.
  • Compute cost of manufacturing products and anticipated savings in product costs.
  • Confer with VP of Sales or VP, General Manager on sales, review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and locations.
  • Assist in all departmental functions as required and perform other duties as required
职位要求:
  • 工程、商业或相关专业学士学位;
  • 五年以上销售经验,有良好的销售业绩和销售记录;
  • 掌握微软Word,Excel,Outlook,PowerPoint等计算机知识;
  • 良好的组织能力;
  • 在指导方针/既定程序内独立工作的能力;
  • 能够在快节奏的环境中工作,处理大量的工作;
  • 强大的人际关系建立技能;
  • 要求英语流利,法语流利者优先。
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum of five years of experience within Sales and a solid track record in sales achievements and sales closing.
  • Computer skills – CRM,  intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within guidelines/established procedures.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, handle high volume workload, and participate in trade shows.
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • English language fluency required, with French fluency highly preferred.
