There are many opportunities available within the organization:

Administrative Assistant

Assist the administrative manager to complete the administrative affairs of the company and the daily affairs within the department.
Assist in the review and revision of the company's management rules and regulations and the organization and management of daily administrative work.
Supervision and implementation of rules and regulations.
Participate in performance and attendance management and other work of the company.
Provide timely and effective administrative services for other departments.
Prepare before the meeting, record meetings and arrange documents after meetings.
Responsible for the receipt and delivery of company express mail and faxes.
Responsible for the receipt and distribution of office supplies for all departments of thecompany.
Responsible for the material collection, file management, drafting of documents, official documents, documents sent and received.
Responsible for the external reception of relevant departments, internal reception of visitors, answering calls and inquiries.
Assistin interview, meeting, training, organization and arrangement of groupactivities.
Complete other tasks assigned by administrative manager.
