Responsibilities:
[*]Communicate & understand the requirements of customers
[*]Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, research, locate & provide these information
[*]Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research, explore answers or alternative solutions, then implement solutions or otherwise escalate unresolved problems
[*]Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, and complete transactions or forward requests
[*]Maintain call center database by entering information
[*]Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, and report malfunctions
[*]Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests, and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications:
Knowledge:
[*]Secondary school diploma
[*]At least two years of customer service experience in a call center.
[*]
Competence:
[*]Excellent communication skill both verbal and written, in English and French.
[*]Proactive time management skills.
[*]Multitasking with efficiency
[*]Patients and understanding.
[*]Computer software such as, Excel, Google sheets, documents, ect..
