豆豉分两种，干豆豉和水豆豉。按口味分咸豆豉和淡豆豉。自制传统豆豉不难，根据自己容器的大小称出豆子，豆子可以浸泡后蒸，也可以直接煮。接种种曲的步骤很重要，一般的豆豉都有毛霉菌 曲霉菌或者杂菌等，我的菌种比较单一。整个制作过程没有灰尘和小 飞虫落入，干净卫生。这是我2021年2月1号制作的，经过一年的发酵时间，三月才拿出来烘干装瓶，自制的豆豉真香啊！https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrM-RVh2Q_E&list=PLGiJoXXDUF-rH3kWxwEPrrnDDN191LMq5&index=1

             自从想出做成柠檬冰块以后，效果非常好，又加了一些姜汁进去，可以解毒杀菌，驱寒暖身。因为之前每次切柠檬片，都会有柠檬汁流出来，天天切片不仅麻烦，剩下的也不好保存。想到柠檬水是每天必喝的，我就天天琢磨怎么样能省事省力，不浪费柠檬汁。https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZUVXKgplb8
