 工作内容

    向经理,业务发展和招聘部门汇报工作,为本地和国际研究生申请JMSB项目提供行政和项目的支持。

   1.Screen, prioritize and respond to telephone and in-person enquiries from potential graduate students; respond to or redirect enquiries as required.

   2.Research, initiate, attend and/or administer recruitment efforts conducted at local and international educational fairs, corporate visits/ information sessions, on-campus information sessions, school visits, online and traditional marketing efforts and through self-initiated walk-in, telephone and e-mail enquiries.

   3.Monitor performance data related to recruitment processes and provide regular summary reports and scorecards as requested.

   4.Maintain social media communications as well as mass e-mail campaigns (ezRecruit).

   5.Maintain systems for proper management of documents; organize and maintain filing system, and track budget performance.

   6.Coordinate activities with suppliers, including order placement, progress tracking, shipment, invoice processing, etc.

   7.Undertake background documentation searches and other market related research.

   8.Support admissions and retention activities under the supervision of the Manager, Business Development and Recruitment and in cooperation with the Manager, Graduate Admissions and Student Academic Services and the Graduate Program Directors.

   1.Diploma of Collegial Studies (3 year technical program) in Office Administration or a field related to the primary responsibilities and two to four years of work-related experience.

   2.Good knowledge of the Faculty, graduate programs and of the university environment desirable.

   3.Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and FileMakerPro. Knowledge of SIS and EzRecruit assets.

   4.High level of computer literacy with a solid and practical knowledge of social media.

   5.Good knowledge of spoken and written English and French (Level 4) to communicate with potential students. Knowledge of a third language an asset.

   6.Excellent organizational skills: ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure of time constraints.

   7.Proven ability to participate actively in a team environment.

   8.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

   9.Experience working in an academic environment.

   10.Initiative, professionalism, integrity and discretion.

   11.Strong customer service orientation.

   12.Availability to travel and to work outside of normal working hours in order to participate in off-site activities.

    7.Demonstrated planning and decision making skills, with the ability to establish and respond to priorities.

    8.Self starter with strong analytical skills; ability to motivate people.

    9.Demonstrated knowledge of web content management and design.

   10.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; and ability to innovate; excellent judgment and superior negotiation skills.

   11.Proven leadership, team building and influencing skills.

   12.Exceptional analytical and research skills, and ability to synthesize large volumes of data.
