●  招聘职位：  AR现金申请和数据录入代理（AR Cash Application and Data Entry Representative）

●  工作内容：  Reporting to the Cash Applications Manager your primary responsibility as  Cash Applications Representative is to ensure the timely and accurate posting of all customer receipts  (checks, wires, ACH, EFT, and credit card payments).  You will be responsible to reconcile, communicate, and resolve all discrepancies and closing all unresolved items prior to month end. You will be responsible to process all billing documents. You will be responsible for data entry for Accounts payable documents.  You will be working together with other members of the Accounts Receivable Team to deliver extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers.

●  工作要求：  

• 拥有至少2年以上的现金申请工作经验；
• 能够快速准确地对项目进行排序和发布；
• 拥有良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力；
• 掌握基本的会计知识；
• 熟练使用Office办公软件；
• 能够拥有一些基本的SAP和/或LAWSON知识。
